Standard Delivery/Pickup Services
Our Standard Delivery/Pickup takes the hassle out of transporting all your party and event rentals! For the Standard Delivery fee, we'll deliver your chosen items directly to the curb your event location and whisk them away after the fun is done. Here's what's included:
Convenient drop-off & pick-up: Relax and enjoy your event knowing we'll handle the logistics. We'll deliver and pick up within our standard business hours [9am to 5pm] up to 24hrs before/after the event.
Ground-level access: Easy peasy! Standard service covers smooth delivery and pick-up at ground level. If stairs or other obstacles come into play, choose the delivery option add-ons that best apply to you. Please let us know in advance of any special situations so we can send the best crew and equipment to your site. Remember stairs and elevators cost a little extra.
Curbside delivery: Simply choose your preferred delivery location and we'll drop off all your items from the tailgate to the curb!
Need something a little more exact? We offer premium delivery and pick-up options for specific timeframes, late-night events, or additional handling. We will give you a call to work out the details when you choose “Exact time delivery”.
