Please note the following guidelines to ensure the freshness and longevity of your rose petals:

• To preserve the integrity of your rose petals, store them between 35° – 75°F, avoiding exposure to extreme temperatures. Optimal storage conditions lean towards cooler environments; however, refrain from freezing the petals or leaving them in sunlight or hot areas. Store them in your refrigerator, keeping them separate from fruits and vegetables.
• When selecting your delivery date, bear in mind that your flowers will be delivered on or before your chosen date. A signature is required upon delivery, and immediate care is essential to maintain the freshness of your petals, as flowers are perishable items.
• Deliveries scheduled exclusively from our partner farms Tuesday through Friday.
• Our stunning Rainforest Alliance Certified roses petals come from hand-picked South American partner farms. While we pride ourselves in providing the highest quality flowers, we are also socially responsible - protecting the environment and the farm employees in the process. All of our roses petals are made to impress with larger, bolder, and more vibrant colors. We put our heart into everything we grow. Each box contains 5 bags of loose petals totaling approximately 2,250 petals per order.
• Due to the variance in monitor color and screen tones, the flowers you receive may vary in color from the image on your computer monitor. If you are purchasing bulk roses to complement your wedding tones, be aware that we cannot guarantee the same variety when more than one case is ordered. We will make every effort, however, to match the shade of color.
